Marketing Manager
Drive the end-to-end marketing campaigns for HETT, a flagship health tech event. Work closely with healthcare audiences and see your campaigns come to life on the show floor.
Role overview:
As Marketing Manager for GovNet’s HETT portfolio, you’ll lead the marketing delivery for one of the UK’s leading health and care technology events. Your focus will be driving delegate acquisition across senior NHS, health and care audiences, using data-led, multi-channel campaigns that support meaningful engagement around digital transformation in healthcare.
This role blends strategic campaign planning with hands-on execution and on-site delivery, offering the opportunity to see your work directly influence a flagship health tech event.

Duties include:
Planning, delivering and evaluating multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive registrations for HETT events
Leading exhibition and conference marketing activity from campaign strategy through to post-event reporting
Researching healthcare and public sector audiences to inform targeting, segmentation and messaging
Writing and briefing compelling marketing copy aligned to digital health and health technology themes
Managing creative development, testing, deployment and optimisation of campaigns
Working with exhibitors, sponsors and partners to extend campaign reach
Managing the registration function, including pre-event planning and on-site coordination
Playing a key role in on-site event delivery and supporting the wider HETT team
Producing post-event reports with clear insights, performance metrics and recommendations
Essential skills and requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail and digital).
Strong understanding of event or exhibition marketing and audience acquisition
Excellent copywriting and briefing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for professional audiences
Confident project management skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and experience turning campaign data into actionable insight
Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Desirable skills:
Experience marketing exhibitions, conferences or B2B events
Familiarity with healthcare, NHS, digital health or wider public sector audiences
Experience working with large professional or sector-specific databases
Exhibitions or large-scale event experience
CIM qualification or similar, or a degree in Marketing
